Here are three options that should not be overlooked:

Paint

Painting your concrete is an easy way to coat it and create a new look, whether inside or out. Paint is an affordable option that comes in endless colors, so you can achieve the exact design and style you want with or without the help of tools like stencils. You can use flat or shiny paint, opaque or dense. It is always a good idea to choose all-weather paint, but otherwise, your options are almost limitless.

The downside to using paint to coat your concrete is that it tends to break down, fade, and peel away as time goes on. It comes in a variety of colors and textures, so you can make your concrete look like it is made of terra cotta or even metal if you want to. Epoxy coatings are thick enough to add extra durability to concrete and will not stain, making them a perfect option for places like the driveway.
